Promoter & Proprietor of the company, Mr. Rajesh
Gandhi , is in this industry since 1983.He has received
postgraduate diploma in Radiological Physics from world-renowned
Bhabha Atomic Research Center. He became NDE-II(RT) in the year
1985 , NDE-II(UT). In The Year 1991,NDE-II(PT) & MPT in the
year 1993. He appeared for and passed ASNT-Level-III(UT &MPT)
in 1996 and subsequently in 1998 he has added the qualification
in two more method (RT&PT). In the year 2001 he had applied
and got re certified his ASNT-III certification in all the four
methods. Subsequently, in the year 2003 he became ACCP Level-III
(RT, UT, PT&MT) & RW TUV Level-III (RT, UT, PT&MT) as
per EN-473. In the year 2005 he has qualified in Visual Testing
& Eddy Current Testing. He is also a Certified Internal Auditor
for ISO 9000:2000 system.
He is a faculty in Institute of Quality
Management, Mumbai since 1995.
We at IIS are servicing to vide range of industries like
Fabrication, Heavy Engineering, Refinery, Petrochemical, Power,
Chemical, Cement etc. major activities carried out by our
organization as mentioned below:
- Heat Treatment (Local Stress Relieving) of
weld joints like pipe, pressure vessels, tanks, site joints,
furnace operation etc. at fabrication shop and at various sites.
- Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) like, PT,
MT, UT, Ultrasonic thickness measurement and providing NDT Level-II
& ASNT-III technicians.
- Providing inspection services to various
organizations like L&T, NPC, Etc.
- Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) training for Level – I & II.
ASME stamp related services like training of staff, preparing procedures, setting up required facility and undertake audits.
